I found this company by way of the Gwinnett County verified home services directory. I called to arrange service for a wireless keypad entry system and got an appointment the next day. We were given a two hour window. The service man showed up on time at the beginning of the window. He was extremely polite. Got right to business and without any hmm that might cost you more. He not only installed the wireless keypad, but also programmed our vehicles to open our garage doors. Adjusted the garage doors so they would open more smoothly. His name was Gene and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and effecient. I have never experienced such great customer service. Everything that he completed aside from what he came to do, came at no extra cost.
